مهرجان راكودا

تحت شعار (الأفلام رسائل سلام) يقام مهرجان راكودا للأفلام الاسيوية كل عام ( أون لاين ) ، ويهدف إلى الإهتمام بالسينما في قاره اسيا، وذلك بإقامة مسابقة سنوية. وإقامة العديد من الأنشطة والتظاهرات التي تصب في خانة نشر الوعي السينمائي ، وتخصص الدورة الأولى للفيلم الروائى القصير ، والذى لاتزيد مدته عن عشر دقائق

ويطمح المهرجان لأن يكون جسرا للتواصل الثقافي والحضاري. وأستقطاب صناع الأفلام لعرض إبداعاتهم، والقاء الضوء على كل تجربة جديدة، لتأخذ حقها من الإهتمام والتعريف. ويهدف المهرجان – الذي يقف بالمطلق ضد العنصرية، والإرهاب – للأرتقاء بالحس الجمالي بواسطة فن يعد الأهم من بين الفنون، لينتصر في النهاية للقيم الإنسانية ، والفن الخالص والهادف، والحب الإنساني النبيل.

يقام المهرجان تحت مظلة ، وضمن أنشطة المنصة الرقمية ( راكودا ) ، والتي أسسها ويرأسها الناقد السينمائي ، وكاتب السيناريو عماد النويري . وبدعم من نادى الكويت للسينما ، وشركة ميديا دو ، و رعاية أعلامية من جمعية الصحافيين الأسيويين

Racoda Asian Film Festival

The Rakoda Asian Film Festival under the theme “Films messages of peace” is held every year. it aims to take care of the short feature film on the continent of As, by holding an annual competition. And many activities and demonstrations to increase cinematic awareness and encourage young film talent.

The festival aspires to Attract filmmakers to showcase their creations, and highlight every new experience, to take its right to attention and definition. Standing absolutely against dictatorship, racism, and terrorism, the festival aims to promote aesthetics through art that is the most important of all arts, ultimately triumphing in human values

The festival is held under the umbrella and within the activities of the digital platform (Rakoda), founded and headed by film critic and screenwriter Emad Elnouwairy

النظام الأساسي

المادة الأولى:

إدارة المهرجان تتولاها منصة راكودا

المادة الثانية:

يقيم المهرجان عدة أنشطة سينمائية مصاحبة خلال أيامه ، تشمل ورش عمل وندوات، وبانوراما لعروض خاصة بالأفلام، واي أنشطة أخرى تراها ملائمة

المادة الثالثة:

يحق للمهرجان حجب اى من الجوائز في اى من أقسام المسابقة ، في حال لم ينل أحد الأفلام المتقدمة التقييم المؤهل للفوز حسب ما تراه لجنة التحكيم

المادةالرابعة:

في حال عدم تمكن لجنة المشاهدة والاختيار من اتخاذ قرار بالإجماع حول السماح بمشاركة اى فيلم يرفع الامر الفيصل إلى الهيئة الاستشارية العليا

المادة الخامسة:

يحرص مهرجان راكودا للسينما الاسيوية على التعاون مع المؤسسات الإعلامية المميزة ، والمهرجانات السينمائية في كل بلدان العالم ، ليعزز من سمعته، ويثرى تجربته. كما يمكن للمهرجان قبول المساندة والرعاية من الشركات والمؤسسات والإفراد.

المادة السادسة:

تضع الهيئة الاستشارية العليا شروط المسابقة، ولها حق تعديلها ، وإعادة صياغتها، ولها الحق أيضا في اضافه اية مسابقات مستقبلا، سواء للأفلام الروائية الطويلة او الأفلام التسجيلية او أفلام التحريك، بما يحقق أهداف المهرجان.

المادة السابعة:

يتولى التحكيم لجنة يتم اختيارها من المتخصصين في السينما، وأعضاؤها من أصحاب الخبرة والكفاءة من داخل وخارج مصر ، ولا سلطان عليها. ولا يحق لعضو لجنة التحكيم المشاركة في اى من فروع المسابقة، وعليه التخلي عن العضوية في حال مشاركته أو مشاركة اى من أقاربه أو شركائه، أو حين تعارض المصالح. كما لا يحق لعضو لجنة التحكيم إفشاء ما يدور أثناء جلساتها من مداولات أو أراء أو حوارات

The basic system

The management of the festival is taken over by the Racoda Platform

The festival has the right to withhold any of the awards in any of the sections of the competition if one of the advanced films does not get the evaluation qualified to win

IF the viewing and selection committee is unable to make a unanimous decision on allowing the participation of any film, the matter will be submitted to the supreme advisory board

Racoda Asian Film Festival is keen to co-operate with distinguished media organizations and film festivals in all countries to enhance its reputation and enrich its experience. the festival can also accept support and sponsorship from companies institutions and individuals

The Supreme Advisory Board sets the terms of the competition, has the right to amend it, reformulate it, and also has the right to add any competitions in the future, whether for feature films, documentaries or animation films, in order to achieve the objectives of the festival

The arbitration is conducted by a committee selected from the specialists in cinema, and its members are experienced and competent from inside and outside Egypt and have no authority over it. The participating jury member is not entitled

The jury member is not entitled to participate in any of the branches of the competition and must renounce membership if he or she participates or any of his relatives or partners, or when interests conflict. nor is the jury member entitled to disclose the deliberations opinions or dialogues that take place during its sessions

يشارك في المهرجان الأفلام الروائية القصيرة من إنتاج عامين سابقين على إقامة المهرجان.. من كل الدول الأسيوية

يقام المهرجان سنويا اون لاين

تقبل طلبات الأفلام للمشاركة في الدورة الأولى من 15 يولية 2022 إلى 15 سبتمبر 2022

الأفلام الناطقة بالعربية يتم ترجمتها إلى الإنجليزية ، والأفلام الناطقة باي لغة غير العربية يتم ترجمتهاإلى الإنجليزية

لاتزيد مدة الفيلم عن 10 دقائق

في الدورة الأولى ، ولتشجيع المشاركة ، لا يشترط عدم مشاركه الفيلم في مهرجانات أخرى

يتم تحديد جنسية الفيلم وفق جنسية مخرج (مخرجي) العمل /أو منتج (منتجي) العمل

يمكن تقديم الأفلام التي أنتجتها معاهد أو كليات السينما ، أو مؤسسات الأفلام العربية، كما يمكن تقديم الأفلام المستقلة

سيقوم المهرجان بالإعلان عن برنامجه الرسمي اول أكتوبر (تشرين الأول) 2022

سيقوم المهرجان بإخطار الأفلام غير المختارة قبل الإعلان عن برنامجه الرسمي، ولكن سياسة المهرجان تقضي بعدم تقديم أسباب لعدم اختيار الفيلم

بعد اختيار الفيلم والتأكيد على مشاركته ، لا يمكن لمقدّم الطلب سحب الفيلم ، أو تغيير وضعيته ، وعرضه في أماكن أخرى قبل المهرجان

لن يتعرّض أي فيلم إلى أي نوع من أنواع الحذف، أو التغيير، أو المونتاج، بأي شكل كان ، من قِبل إدارة المهرجان ، وتحت أي ظرف، دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من أصحاب الحقوق

– يتكون ملف المشاركة من طلب مكتوب ، يحمل توقيع مخرج أو منتج أو شركة انتاج الفيلم ، رابط للفيلم، وبطاقته التقنية، وملخص لموضوعه، وملصق للفيلم، وصورة المخرج، مع سيرة ذاتية مختصرة، وتريلر لايزيد عن نصف دقيقة ، وموافقة على شروط المشاركة ويرسل الملف على

تصوير الفيلم بنظام عالى الجودة

ترسل الأفلام على شكل رابط من أحد المواقع التالية :

من حق المنظم أن يرشح أياً من الأعمال الفائزة للمهرجانات الأسيوية

من حق المنظم أن يستخدم مقاطع من هذه الأفلام في الدعاية والإعلان عن أنشطته وفعالياته

كما يحق للمنظم الإحتفاظ بنسخة من العمل للحفظ في الأرشيف الخاص به، او العرض على منصة راكودا للأفلام القصيرة، اوعرض الفيلم في أى فعالية تخص المنظم، عدا حق البيع، الا بموافقة صاحب الفيلم .

لا يحق للمتسابق الذي لم يقع على فيلمه الاختيار مطالبة الجهة المنظمة بأي تعويض، كما لا يجوز الطعن في نتائج المهرجان

على هامش المسابقة الرسمية تقام تظاهرات سينمائية مختلفة تحددها أدارة المهرجان

يمنح المهرجان جوائز تقديرية لافضل فيلم – أفضل سيناريو – أفضل تصوير – أفضل مونتاج – أفضل هندسة صوتية – أفضل موسيقى أصلية .أفضل ممثل – أفضل ممثلة . إضافة لشهادات مشاركة لكل الأفلام المشاركة داخل المسابقة الرسمية ، وفى بقية التظاهرات. وللجنة التحكيم الحق بمنح جائزة لجنة التحكيم الخاصة، إضافة الى تنويهات . وشهادات تميز , وللجنة التحكيم الحق أيضا فى حجب أية جائزة من الجوائز السابقة

هذه اللائحة وماجاء فيها نهائية، وغير قابلة للتفاوض ، وتعنى المشاركة في المهرجان قبول كافة شروط المشاركة تلقائياً.

Terms and Conditions

Short feature films are produced two years before the festival. From all Asian countries.

The festival is held annually online

Applications for films to participate in the first session are accepted from July 15, 2022, to September 15, 2022,

Arabic-speaking films are translated into English, and non-Arabic-speaking films are translated into English

The duration of the film does not increase by more than 10 minutes

In the first session, and to encourage participation, it is not required that the film not participate in other festivals

The nationality of the film is determined by the nationality of the director (directors) of the work /or producer (producers) of the work

films produced by film institutes or colleges, or Arab film institutions, and independent films can be presented

. The participation file consists of a written request bearing the signature of the director, producer or production company of the film, a link to the film, its technical card, a summary of its topic, a poster for the film, a photograph of the director, with a brief biography, and send the file to

The festival will announce its official program on October 1, 2022. – The festival will notify selected films before announcing its official program, but the festival’s policy is not to provide reasons not to choose the film

After selecting the film and confirming its participation, the applicant cannot withdraw the film, change its status, and show it in other places before the festival

No film will be subjected to any kind of deletion, alteration, or montage, in any form whatsoever, by the festival administration, and under any circumstances, without obtaining the prior written consent of the rights holders

The organizer has the right to nominate any of the winning works for the Asian festivals

The organizer has the right to use clips from these films in publicity and advertisement for his activities and events

The organizer also has the right to keep a copy of the work for preservation in its archive or to display it on the Rakoda platform for short films, or to display the film in any event related to the organizer, except for the right to sell, except with the approval of the film owner

The contestant whose film has not been chosen is not entitled to claim any compensation from the organizer, and the results of the festival may not be appealed

On the sidelines of the official competition, various cinematic events are held, determined by the festival administration

The festival awards appreciation and in-kind prizes. prizes are the best film – the best screenplay – the best photography- the best sound design – the best original music – the best actor – the best actress. In addition to participation certificates for all the films participating in the official competition, and in the rest of the events. The jury has the right to award a special jury award, in addition to mentions and certificates of excellence

This bylaw and what is stated in it are final and non-negotiable. Participation in the festival means automatically accepting all conditions for participation
Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted.
Films that are submitted must be the entrant’s original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all required copyright permissions regarding music, sound & images. etc presented in their film.
RACODA Film Festival organizers reserve rights to change, cancel, or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or information to contestants.

منصة رقمية مهتمة بالسينما، وتحت مظلتها يقام مهرجان راكودا للأفلام الآسيوية، ويتم التجهيز لاصدار مجلة سينمائية متخصصة، إضافة إلى إقامة مجموعة من الورش في مجالات الفن السابع المختلفة. وضمن أهتمامات المنصة أيضا إصدار الكتب السينمائية الرقمية، والعمل كجهة استشارية لتقديم دراسات وأبحاث تسويقية للشركات والمهتمين

Racoda digital platform

Racoda is a digital Arab platform interested in cinema, under its umbrella is being prepared to launch Racoda Film Festival for short film, a specialized film magazine, in addition to establishing a series of workshops and seminars in the various fields of the seventh art. The platform’s interests are also the issuance of film eBooks and the work of a consultant to provide specialized studies and marketing research to companies and interested people.

The platform’s founder, film critic, and screenwriter Emad Elnouwairy, The platform is inspired by its name and entity from (Raqadeh), the historical name of ancient Alexandria before Alexander the Great.
